GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Graphic design interns will have an opportunity to showcase their craft in different channels of media design. Working with Senior Art Directors and Graphic designers, interns will learn from social media, print, and digital graphic design standards and industry best practices. Interns may see their work showcased on social media, print, and websites of local businesses. An excellent opportunity for any new designer to build a portfolio.

• Creating various social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram

• Working on making graphics for print advertisements

• Assist in development of website graphics

• Photoshop work on images

• Typing and proofing out menus for design

Qualifications/Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year collegiate institution with the opportunity to earn college credit for their work experience. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THE ABILITY TO EARN COLLEGE CREDIT WILL BE CONSIDERED.

• Proficient with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe CC Programs

• Work on a team and on singular projects

• Strong verbal and writing skills

• Excellent time and project management with attention to detail

• Desire and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
